By using New Grad Resume Hub ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

We provide resume templates, fictional resume examples, educational articles, and AI-assisted tools (ATS Resume Checker, STAR Bullet Analyzer) aimed at new grad software engineers. The Service is offered "as is" and may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you should use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

• Free tier usage is limited by monthly quotas (e.g., a set number of ATS checks and template downloads).
• Pro features are granted via paid plans or time-limited passes. Checkout is processed securely via Creem, and subscriptions include a 7-day free trial.
• Quotas are tracked in your browser (and by account when signed in). Circumventing quotas by automation or abuse may result in blocked access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell site content or templates
• Submit content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware
• Misrepresent fictional example resumes as your own real experience
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service

5. Fictional Examples Disclaimer

All resume examples and sample templates on this site are fictionalized for educational purposes. Names, companies, metrics, and achievements are invented. You must replace all example content with your own truthful experience before using any template in a job application.

6. No Guarantee of Results

ATS scores, keyword analyses, and rewrite suggestions are automated estimates for informational purposes only. Actual applicant tracking systems vary widely. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or that any score will match a specific employer's system. AI-generated suggestions may contain errors — review everything before use.

7. Intellectual Property

• Site content, templates, and tool designs are owned by us and protected by applicable laws.
• We grant you a non-exclusive license to download templates and adapt them for your own personal job-search use.
• You retain all rights to the resume content you create or submit for analysis.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates Google Sign-In, Google Analytics, Cloudflare hosting, and LLM processing. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost job opportunities — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if you paid nothing).

11. Refunds

If you have paid for Pro access and have not used the upgraded features, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@newgradresume.online with your purchase details.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
