We want New Grad Resume Hub to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

What We Do

• Semantic HTML landmarks (nav, main, footer) and logical heading order
• Keyboard-navigable menus, buttons, and interactive controls, with visible focus styles
• ARIA attributes where needed (e.g., aria-expanded on the mobile menu)
• Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA ratios for body text
• Responsive layout that works with browser zoom up to 200% and on small screens
• Form inputs with labels and a minimum 16px font size to avoid forced mobile zoom
• Touch targets of at least 44×44px on mobile

Known Limitations

• PDF previews and downloads (templates, example resumes) may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We recommend using the surrounding HTML page content, which describes each document.
• Third-party embeds (Google Sign-In button, Google Analytics) are outside our direct control, though we choose providers with published accessibility commitments.
• Some AI-generated analysis output is dynamic; we work to keep its markup structured and readable, but phrasing is generated at runtime.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier — for example, a control you cannot reach by keyboard or text you cannot read — we want to fix it. Contact us at accessibility@newgradresume.online and include the page URL and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, on desktop and mobile, and with common assistive technologies (screen readers, browser zoom, high-contrast modes).
