14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you have purchased a Pro subscription and have not used the upgraded features (unlimited template downloads, ATS checks, or STAR analyses), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

After 14 Days: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day period, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

3. Short-Term Pass Refunds (3-Day / Weekly)

Short-term passes are non-refundable once activated, as they provide immediate access to premium features for a limited duration.
