Our Services are designed to help job seekers, particularly new graduate software engineers, improve their resumes and increase their chances of passing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). You may use our Services to:
- Analyze and optimize your own resume content
- Check ATS compatibility of your resume
- Improve bullet points using the STAR method
- Download and use our professional resume templates
3. Prohibited Content and Activities
You agree NOT to use our Services to create, upload, or distribute content that:
3.1 Adult and NSFW Content
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Adult services or escort advertisements
- Nudity or sexually suggestive content
- Any content classified as "Not Safe For Work" (NSFW)
3.2 Harmful and Illegal Content
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Content that exploits or endangers minors
- Malware, viruses, or any malicious code
- Phishing, fraud, or identity theft schemes
3.3 Misleading and Fraudulent Content
- False or misleading resume information intended to deceive employers
- Fabricated educational credentials, work experience, or qualifications
- Impersonation of another person or entity
- Content that violates intellectual property rights of others
3.4 AI-Specific Restrictions
- Using our AI tools to generate fake resumes for fraudulent job applications
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy our AI models or algorithms
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services without authorization
- Reselling or redistributing our AI-generated content as your own service
- Generating content that violates our Terms of Service
4. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates this AUP. We may use automated systems and human review to detect prohibited content.
If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may:
- Remove or block the offending content
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
- Withhold refunds for violations
